Insurance Answering Services

We have been answering calls for insurance offices and district offices for over 10 years.

We understand that insurance agents basically have two jobs:

  1. Generating new clients
  2. Servicing existing clients

They are both important, but quite often when you’re trying to do one, the other will intrude via a phone call and throw off your productivity.

When a call comes in for you we will answer, call you and announce the nature of the call. You decide if you want to take it. If you don’t, or if you are busy, we will take a complete and accurate message and send it to you immediately.

In a staff meeting or out on client call? We will advise the caller and let them know when you will be available. Emergencies? We can usually transfer the caller to a Claims line, Payment line or Roadside assistance line. Customer’s are taken care of, less work for you and no interruptions!
